After completing the entry form, you can send it by mail, fax or email.  Please keep a copy for your records, and include one copy in your wine shipment.  If you have given credit card information on the form, delete it from the shipping copy.  

You can also enter online by registering with VinTank.com. There is no additional charge for entering the competition using that site.   After entering there you may pay the entry fee by mailing a check, or by sending credit card information by mail, fax, phone or email.  See the Entry Instructions page for mailing address.
